Bring in the Federal Law of December 8, 2011 No. 423-FZ "About procedure for voluntary conveyance of military real estate in property of subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol, municipal property and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 50, Art. 7365; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2484; No. 27, Art. 4160, 4294) following changes:
"-the federal cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol" to exclude 1) in the name of the word;
"-the federal city of Moscow, St. Petersburg or Sevastopol" to exclude 2) in Article 1 of the word;
3) in Article 2:
a) state the name in the following edition:
"Article 2. The military real estate which is subject to voluntary conveyance in property of the subject of the Russian Federation or municipal property, procedure and the bases of its transfer";
b) the paragraph one of part 1 to state in the following edition:
