For the purpose of ensuring timely calculations with subjects of managing for oil products the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
Determine, by way of exception, that write-off in 1993 according to requirements of the companies and associations of Committee on oil and chemistry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of money of subjects of managing from their accounts in banks in case of untimely payment in them of the received oil products is made in procedure without acceptance.
