About modification of article 14 of the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999

Art. I. - Part (4) article 14 of the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999 (repeated publication: 2014, 214), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 87-91, in the following edition:
"(4) For categories of persons specified in Items b) and c) parts (1), the benefit cannot be established if these persons are on complete state providing or are beneficiaries of service of the personal help.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective since September 1, 2018.
(2) - to the Government in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with provisions of this law.
