About modification of the Natural Gas Act No. 108/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Natural Gas Act No. 108/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 415), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 7 to add 2) with Item j) the following content:

"j) develops and claims for the purpose of calculation of rates of methodology of determination of technological expense and losses of natural gas in the transferring and distribution networks of natural gas.".

2. In Article 74:

add Article with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) Right of free use by the site during operation of networks of natural gas provided by part (1), it is established owing to this law without the need for receipt of consent of the state or administrative and territorial units, the conclusion of any transactions or accomplishment of other formalities. The right to use established based on this Article is performed and becomes effective concerning the third parties without the need for its registration in the Real estate register.";
