About introduction of amendments to the Law on the electric power No. 107/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the electric power No. 107/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 413), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 57:

add Article with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) Right of free use by the site during operation of power supply networks provided by part (1), it is established owing to this law without the need for receipt of consent of the state or administrative and territorial units, the conclusion of any transactions or accomplishment of other formalities.
