About introduction of amendments to the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005

Art. I. - In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 8:

part (2-1) to state in the following edition:

"(2-1) Size of awards on the occasion of anniversaries, professional holidays and non-working holidays for persons holding responsible state positions in bodies of local public authority are established by the decision of executive body of local public authority based on the provision approved by authorized body of local public authority.";

"(2-3) Persons holding responsible state positions in bodies of local public authority have the right to the monthly stimulating payments in the amount of 50 percent of monthly salary. The corresponding payments are performed for actually worked time is pro rata to the monthly salary established in appendices 2 and 3, at the expense of the means planned for these purposes in budgets of relevant organs or allocated from the government budget.".

2. Add the law with Article 11-2 of the following content:

"Art. 11-2. - The workers performing maintenance and providing activities of bodies of local public authority have the right to the monthly stimulating payments at the rate to 15 percent of official pay rate. The corresponding payments are performed for actually worked time is pro rata to the official pay rate established in appendix 8, at the expense of the means planned for these purposes in budgets of relevant organs.".

3. Part (Article 28 to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Regional and local councils are granted the right to raise the salary to employees of organizations of the social sphere of villages and cities at the expense of the additional incomes gained in case of execution of the local budget at the rate to 20 percent of base pay.".
