About some questions of the Aktau international sea trade port, modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition No. 768 which voided the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2003 "About giving of the status of seaport of the international value to the Aktau sea trade port"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename joint-stock company "The "Aktau International Sea Trade Port" national company into joint-stock company "The "Aktau Sea Trade Port" national company.

2. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2003 No. 768 "About giving of the status of seaport of the international value to the Aktau sea trade port" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003 No. 30, the Art. 307).

4. To the Ministries for Investments and Development, national economy, finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
