About modification of article 3 of the Law on labor migration No. 180/2008

Part (2) article 3 of the Law on labor migration No. 180/2008 (2008, Art. No. 162-164, 598), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item with 1) of the following content:
"-1) about university research and educational personnel and the scientific researchers participating in programs of the academic mobility based on interservice agreements with the right of maintaining rates or carrying out researches during the short-term period (up to 90 days);".
