Article 1

Bring in Item 1 of article 11 of the Family code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 1, the Art. 16) the following changes:

1) in Item 1 of Article 26:

a) add with the new paragraph the seventh the following content:

"the chosen date and time of state registration of marriage.";

b) paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the twelfth respectively paragraphs the eighth - the thirteenth;

2) in Article 27:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Marriage and state registration of marriage are made after month and no later than twelve months from the date of submission of the joint statement on marriage in body of civil registration.
