About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Special investigative service"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 28, 2007 ZR-255-N "About special investigative service" (further - the Law):

To add 2) with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. In Special investigative service the statistics on activities of Special investigative service on the basis of which statistic reports are constituted every half-year is conducted.

Article 2. In article 4 of the Law:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) the employee of Special investigative service - the chief of Special investigative service, his deputies, the senior special investigators in case of the chief of Special investigative service, chiefs of managements of Special investigative service, their deputies, the senior special investigators and special investigators;";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of the word "investigators of the state authorized body in the field of protection" "employees of the Investigative Committee".

Article 3. In article 5 of the Law:

The word "deputy" to replace 1) in Item 1 with the word "deputies";
