1) in the name of Chapter 4 the word "Rates" shall be replaced with words "The prices (rates, rates)";

2) in Article 18:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 18. The prices (rates, rates) of services in seaport";

b) add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The prices (rates, rates) of services in seaport shall be expressed in the rubles, except as specified, provided by the Federal Laws.".
