Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ "About advertizing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 12, Art. 1232; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6430; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4566; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4265, 4271; No. 45, Art. 6148; 2015, No. 6, Art. 883; 2018, No. 1, Art. 73; No. 28, Art. 4146) following changes:

1) in Article 14:

a) regarding 3 words "fifteen percent of time of broadcasting within hour" shall be replaced with words "twenty percent of time of broadcasting within hour and fifteen percent of time of broadcasting within a day";

b) state part 7 in the following edition:

"7. In children's telecasts distribution of advertizing of separate types of goods which features of advertizing are established by Chapter 3 of this Federal Law is not allowed. This restriction does not extend to sponsor's advertizing, except for the sponsor's advertizing of alcoholic products, military products and weapon based on risk of games, bet, services in the conclusion of agreements of rent, including the contract of the perpetual maintenance with dependence, activities of mediators for ensuring holding procedure of mediation.";
