Ratifications are subject agreements on the state external borrowings of the Russian Federation with international financial institutions which constituent documents were not ratified on the bases, the stipulated in Article 15 Federal Laws of July 15, 1995 No. 101-FZ earlier "About international treaties of the Russian Federation".".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
