Bring in the Instruction about procedure for price regulation (rates) for goods (works, services) the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included in the State register of the business entities holding dominant position in the goods markets of the Republic of Belarus (republican and local levels), and (or) the State register of subjects of natural monopolies approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2018 No. 20 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.05. 2018, 8/33104), following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 3:

the paragraph one after figures "2/2092" to add with figures "; 02:02. 2018, 2/2536";

the fifth to exclude the paragraph;

to consider paragraphs of the sixth or eighth respectively paragraphs the fifth or seventh;

1.2. "wholesale" to exclude the word from Item 5 part one;

1.3. add the Instruction with Item 16 of the following content:
