About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Customs Service"

Article 1. ZR-402-N "About Customs Service" to add article 53 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 3, 2002 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The saved fund of financial incentive and development of system of Customs Service by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia can be sent to reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
