About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the economic competition"

Article 1. In article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 6, 2000 No. ZR-112 "About protection of the economic competition":

Part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. The managing subject(s) is considered (are considered) having dominant position on any of the bases, stipulated in Item 2, 3 and 4 parts 2 of this Article, taking into account features of structure of this goods market concerning distribution of shares of the business entities acting in this market.

On any of the bases provided by Items 3 or 4 of part 2 of this Article the managing subject(s) cannot (can) be considered having dominant position if he(they) as implementing or acquiring in amounts of acquisition or realization does not exceed (ют) one tenth these markets.

The managing subject(s), specified in this Article, can (can) produce the evidence excluding availability of its dominant position in this market.";

Part 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. The retail chain stores are considered holding dominant position if is group of four or more shopping facilities which annual turnover of realization of shopping facilities exceeds in general 1,5 of one billion dram.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
