Determine that the decisions made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation according to Item 2 of this resolution are not subject to revision within 5 years from the date of adoption of such decisions on condition of compliance of industrial (industrial) parks and managing companies of industrial (industrial) parks to requirements to industrial (industrial) parks and managing companies of industrial (industrial) parks for the purpose of application of measures of stimulation of activities to them in the field of the industry approved by this resolution.".
