About modification and amendments in some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To territorial authorities of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to inform the relevant territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the made changes and amendments specified in Item 1 of this order in a month;

2) in two-month time to inform Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the action provided in the subitem 1) of this Item.

3. To inform employees and military personnel of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
