1. Take into consideration that No. PP-3802 "About measures for radical enhancement of activities of bodies of the State Tax Service" the Tax academy of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Tax academy) is transformed by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 26, 2018 to Training center under the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Center).
2. Determine that the Center:
is the basic educational and methodical and scientific institution performing retraining and advanced training of employees of bodies of the State Tax Service, and also development of suggestions for improvement of tax administration and tax policy;
it is created in the form of public institution, has seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and with the name in state language and treasurer personal accounts of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Is legal successor of Tax academy.
3. Consider the main objectives of the Center:
the first, forming of programs of additional professional education for the purpose of structuring the acquired knowledge and development of skills of system approach to the solution of practical tasks in the difficult and changing circle on long-term basis;
the second, strengthening and enhancement of the personnel capacity of bodies of the State Tax Service capable to provide innovative development of tax authorities;
