2. This resolution becomes effective since August 28, 2018.

1. The procedure guardianship and custody bodies of the activities connected with protection of the rights of the child approved by the specified resolution to add with Item 72-1 of the following content:
"72-1. For confirmation of the residence of the child in case of the solution of its temporary departure out of limits of Ukraine with the purpose determined by part five of article 157 of the Family code of Ukraine (treatment, training, participation of the child in children's tenders, festivals, scientific exhibitions, the student's Olympic Games and tenders, ecological, technical, art, tourist, research, sporting events, improvement and rest of the child abroad, including as a part of organized group of children), that from parents with whom the child lives, gives to service for children at the place of residence of the child, the following documents:
statement;
passport copy of the applicant;
the passport copy of the child (in case of availability);
the certificate of registration of the residence of the applicant (if in the passport there are no residences made about registration);
certificate of registration of the place of residence of the child;
