About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 No. 866 and of April 5, 2017 No. 268

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 No. 866 "Questions of the activities of guardianship and custody bodies connected with protection of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 76, Art. 2561; 2014, No. 93, Art. 2684; 2017, No. 66, the Art. 1958, No. 95, the Art. 2899) and of April 5, 2017 No. 268 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the status of the child which suffered as a result of military operations and armed conflicts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 35, the Art. 1105) changes which are applied.
2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
