Article 1

Bring in part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2881; 2007, No. 27, Art. 3213; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4384; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4287) following changes:

1) in Article 222:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Unauthorized construction is the building, construction or other structure built or created on the parcel of land which is not provided in accordance with the established procedure or on the parcel of land which permitted use does not allow construction on it this object, or built or created without obtaining on it approvals, permissions necessary by law or of violation of town-planning and construction regulations and rules if the permitted use of the parcel of land, the requirement about receipt of the corresponding approvals, permissions and (or) the specified town-planning and construction regulations and rules are established on start date of construction or creation of unauthorized construction and are acting for date of identification of unauthorized construction.

Is not unauthorized construction the building, construction or other structure built or created with violation of the restrictions of use of the parcel of land set according to the law if the owner of this object did not know and could not know about action of the specified restrictions on the parcel of land belonging to it.";

b) in Item 2:

declare paragraph two invalid;

add with paragraphs of the following content:
