International cooperation within the Agreement between Ukraine and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the international legal cooperation concerning the crimes connected with knocking down of the airplane of flight MH17 of Malaysian airlines on July 17, 2014 (further - the Agreement), is performed on the basis and according to the procedure, provided by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Agreement, other international treaties which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine which are applied in case of execution of the Agreement, and this Law.
