About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2017 No. 14
Based on part 1 of Article 102 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611 "About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the organizations which are a part of the system of law-enforcement bodies" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments and expense recoveries by convicts on their content in correctional facilities approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2017 No. 14 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.02. 2017, 8/31738), following changes and amendment:
to exclude subitem 6.6 of Item 6;
state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. Calculation of average cost of utilities on one content in days is perfromed in form according to appendix 2 to this Instruction.";
state Items 16 and 17 in the following edition:
"16. The cost of personal hygiene means which is subject to compensation in month under report consists of cost issued content personal hygiene means this month.
17. The cost of personal hygiene means is determined by the prices of their acquisition and is calculated in month of their issue to content.";
add Item 22 with words ", the amounts on compensation of the damage caused by crime or administrative offense";
to state appendix 2 to this Instruction in the following edition:
to the Instruction about procedure of payments and expense recoveries by convicts on their content in correctional facilities
