About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About advertizing"

Article 1. From article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 30, 1996 ZR-55 "About advertizing" (further - the Law) words "and in the course of the activities is guided by "the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the companies and business activity"" to exclude.
Article 2. To recognize part 1.1 of article 13 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. Add the law with Article 13.1 of the following content:
"Article 13.1. Payments for advertizing
The local duty according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" is paid for permission to placement of external advertizing in the administrative territory of municipality.
Persons placing advertizing (advertizing media) on the state highways public of the Republic of Armenia (including on the transit sites passing through administrative borders of municipalities), and also on right-of-ways and in protective zones of these roads, on the state public roads of the Republic of Armenia pay road tax for advertizing (billboard) according to the procedure and the terms established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
