About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2006 No. 637 "About measures for rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of the compatriots living abroad" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 26, Art. 2820; 2009, No. 11, Art. 1278; 2010, No. 3, Art. 275; 2012, No. 38, Art. 5074; 2013, No. 28, Art. 3816; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1615; No. 27, Art. 3754; No. 30, Art. 4288; 2016, No. 9, Art. 1249; No. 40, Art. 5723; No. 50, the Art. 7077) and in the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) to declare the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the Decree invalid;

b) in the State program:

add with Item 18.1 of the following content:

"18.1. In case of annulment of marriage between spouses, one of whom is participant of the State program, behind persons specified in the certificate of the participant of the State program the status of members of the family of the participant of the State program remains.";

add with Item 30.1 of the following content:

"30.1. In case of voluntary refusal of the compatriot of participant status of the State program or of the status of the member of the family of the participant of the State program the compatriot has the right to participate in the State program one more time on condition of compensation by it of the costs incured by the state connected with receipt of the state guarantees and social support which are stipulated in Item 20 State programs.";

add with Item 47.1 of the following content:

"47.1. Regional programs of resettlement of the Moscow region, Moscow and St. Petersburg are developed with the need of economy of the specified subjects of the Russian Federation for immigrants and opportunity for their acceptance and arrangement for these subjects of the Russian Federation.";

declare Item 48 invalid;
