About modification of the Procedure for provision of social services with establishment of the differentiated payment

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make changes to the Procedure for provision of social services with establishment of the differentiated payment, No. 1184 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 19, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 99, of the Art. 4002), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

Procedure for provision of social services with establishment of the differentiated payment

1. This Procedure determines procedure for granting of social services with establishment of the differentiated payment.

2. Social services with establishment of the differentiated payment in the amount determined by state standards of social services are provided by the companies, organizations, the organizations and organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership, physical persons entrepreneurs who answer criteria of activities of the subjects providing social services with attraction of budgetary funds (further - subjects).

3. Social services with establishment of the differentiated payment are provided to persons having the right to their obtaining according to the Law of Ukraine "About social services" except persons having the right to receive such services free of charge.

4. The differentiated payment for provision of social services is established proceeding from average monthly comprehensive income of person for the previous calendar year in the sizes which are not exceeding:
