1. During 2010 to carry out internal resettlement of 50 young families of jamias Vorukh, Chorkukh and Surkh of the city of Isfara of Sughd area to Mokhpari's area of the city of Isfara.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan for housing construction to families of jamias Vorukh, Chorkukh, and Surkh of the city of Isfara moving to Beshkentsky district and Matpari's area of the city of Isfara to allocate 225000 somoni of soft credit for (at the rate of 1500 somoni on each family) and 52000 somoni for their transportation at the expense of the means of the republican budget of 2003 provided for ecological migrants.
To perform registration of soft credits through Amonatbank Government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan target use of allocated funds.
4. To land management agency, geodesy and cartography under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Agency on construction and architecture under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of Sughd area and city of Isfara to consider question of withdrawal of sites of lands for construction of housing to internal migrants to Mokhpari's area of the city of Isfara and until the end of 2009 to provide information in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
5. To allocate to chairmen of the city of Isfara and city of Shurob 50 empty apartments for permanent residence for immigrants from the jamias Vorukh, Chorkukh and Surkh working at industrial enterprises of the city of Shurob.
