About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funds"

Article 1. Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2002 ZR-516-N "About funds" (further - the Law) to add with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. The fund for the inviolable capital and money and property provided by Items 1-3 of part 4 of this Article keeps the allocated account, including the information about them in the reporting provided by this Law and represented of".

Article 2. To add article 15 of the Law with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The fund charter with the inviolable capital contains also the size and types of initial means of the inviolable capital, including the money provided by each donator, and also other initial property provided by the founder of fund (further - the founder) or assigned to it, and powers of the auditor.".

Article 3. To add article 21 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The fund having the inviolable capital has the auditor.".

Article 4. To add article 25 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Competence of board of trustees of fund with the inviolable capital is also approval of forms, directions and limits of distribution of money of fund, the choice of the dealer, approval of the annual program of the inviolable capital and changes or amendments in it.".
