Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2012 No. 923 "About approval of the list of strategically important goods and resources for the purposes of article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 38, Art. 5133; 2014, No. 51, Art. 7451; 2016, No. 33, Art. 5191).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2012 No. 923

1. State the name in the following edition:

"About approval of the list of strategically important goods and resources for the purposes of article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and also about determination of types of strategically important goods and resources for which the large size the cost exceeding 100 thousand rubles is recognized".

2. Shall be replaced with words the words "Approve Enclosed" "1. Approve enclosed".

3. Add with Item 2 following of content:

"2. Determine that strategically important goods and resources for which the large size the cost exceeding 100 thousand rubles is recognized are the Conventions on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance falling under action of March 3, 1973 bear brown (ursus arctos), bear Himalaya, or belogrudy (selenarctos thibetanus), musk deer (moschus spp.).".
