About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funds"

Article 1. In the first offer of part 6 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2002 "About funds" (further - the Law) the word "members" shall be replaced with words ZR-516-N "the chairman, cochairmen and other members are not considered as person holding position in fund and".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 24 of the Law of the word "Election and dismissal of the chairman of the board of custodians, managing fund" shall be replaced with words "Elections and releases of the chairman of the board of custodians, election and dismissal of managing fund".
Article 3. In Item 3 of part 2 of article 28 of the Law of the word "the position held in fund" shall be replaced with words "the status of the member of council of custodians of fund and the position held in fund".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
