About the sizes and procedure for collection of payment for state registration of charitable organizations

According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About charity and charitable organizations" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish such amount of payment for state registration of charitable organizations:

All-Ukrainian - 1 income of citizens which is not assessed by taxes at least;

international - 1, the income of citizens which is not assessed by taxes of minimum;

local charitable organizations, and also departments, branches, representative offices of All-Ukrainian, international charitable organizations - 0,5 of the income of citizens which is not assessed by taxes of minimum.

2. For issue of the duplicate of the certificate on state registration of charitable organization (department of All-Ukrainian, international charitable organization), the duplicate of its charter (provision) the payment in the amount of 50 percent of the sum of the registration fee determined according to Item 1 of this resolution is determined.

3. The means received for state registration of All-Ukrainian, international charitable organizations, their departments, branches, representations and local charitable organizations, and also for issue of duplicates of certificates on state registration and duplicates of charters (provisions) of All-Ukrainian, international charitable organizations, their departments, branches, representations and local charitable organizations are enlisted in the government budget.
