1. Approve the enclosed Rules for apportionment of strips of radio frequencies for radio services, and also allocations and assignments of radio frequencies (radio-frequency channels) to radio-electronic means of all appointments to the territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To informatization and communication agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to introduce this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First vice-Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan Darbekov B. K. and vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication Zhumagaliyev A. K.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
