Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 22, 2007 ZR-223-N "About operational search activities" (further - the Law):

1) in the second offer of part 2 of the word "President of the Republic of Armenia" to replace with the word "Prime Minister";

2) part 3 to recognize invalid.

Article 2. To state article 26 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 26. Control of telephone conversations

Control of telephone conversations is the secret control of talk exercised with use of special and other technical means, including telephone conversations on the Internet and electronic messages which means:

1) for the fixed telephone network:
