About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About operational search activities"

Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 22, 2007 ZR-223-N "About operational search activities":
1) in Item 2 the word of "ministers" shall be replaced with words "members of the government";
To add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) to the Defender of human rights of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
