About introduction of amendments to the law of the Republic of Armenia "About fight against terrorism"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of March 22, 2005 ZR-79-N "About fight against terrorism" (further - the Law):
1) regarding 1 word "the state bodies authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "bodies of system of public administration";
2) regarding 2 words "republican executive" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration";
3) regarding 3 words "republican executive authority" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration".
Article 2. In article 8 of the Law:
1) regarding 1 word "republican executive authority" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration", the word "President" - the word "Prime Minister", and words of "state bodies" - words of "bodies of system of public administration";
2) regarding 2 words "republican executive authority" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration";
The word "President" to replace 3) in part 3 with the word "Prime Minister";
Shall be replaced with words 4) regarding 4 words "from republican executive bodies" "from bodies of system of public administration".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law of the word "state bodies" shall be replaced with words "bodies of system of public administration".
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 11 of the Law of the word "perform the state bodies authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "within the powers assigned to them by the law perform bodies of system of public administration".
