About approval of Rules of establishment and cancellation of rates with decreasing coefficient for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines in the domestic market
For the purpose of establishment of single procedure and conditions of application of rates with decreasing coefficient for services of subjects of natural monopolies and being guided by the subitem 4) Articles 13, the subitem 3) of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About natural monopolies", I order:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of establishment and cancellation of rates with decreasing coefficient for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines in the domestic market.
2. To provide to department of legal, normative and methodological support carrying out state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To department of the summary analysis and control and inspection work (Erzhanova S.A.) after state registration of this order to bring it to the attention of territorial authorities, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KazTransOil Ltd.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency B. Sagintayev.
