About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (2) article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone "Expo business Chisinau" No. 625/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of October 3, 2006), with subsequent changes to add with Item d) the following content:
"d) the parcel of land Ploshchad 15,8951 of hectare located on Ulitsa Industriale, 3 and 3/1, Mr. Syndzhera, consisting of the sector of the site Ploshchad 13,6551 of hectare with cadastral number 0111222033, with the structures located on it with cadastral numbers 011122203301-011122203312, and sectors of the site Ploshchad 2,24 of hectare, cadastral number 0111222052, with the structures located on it with cadastral numbers 011122205201 and 011122205202.".
Art. II. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Add article 20 with the Item d-6) of the following content:
"d-6) the expenses incurred by the employer according to parts (19) - (20) Article 24;".
2. Add article 283 with part (5) the following content:
"(5) administrations of free enterprise zones during management by them of the respective real estate are exempted From the non-personal tax (the parcels of land, sectors of sites).".
Art. III. - Article 28 of the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) with subsequent changes to add with the Item l-2) of the following content:
"l-2) the goods which did not undergo sufficient processing in the free enterprise zone, imported on other customs area of the Republic of Moldova in the part relating to the foreign goods placed in the free enterprise zone, accompanied with the act of preferential origin and to domestic goods which were used for production of goods, not past of sufficient processing;".
