1.1. To add subitem 8.1.8 of Item 8.1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The deputy manager of the Main inspection, the general inspector of interregional inspection has the right to sign the order on survey (acquaintance) (amendment to the order on survey (acquaintance) and if necessary task for survey (acquaintance) (amendment to task for survey (acquaintance) on the basis:

orders on conducting check (amendment to the order on conducting check) and (or) tasks for conducting check (amendment to task for conducting check);

decisions on carrying out survey of subject of pledge and (or) acquaintance with activities of the borrower (pledger) (notifications on the such decisions) made according to the regulation on the organization of survey of subject of pledge and (or) acquaintance with activities of the borrower (pledger).

The general inspector of interregional inspection has the right to sign also the order on survey (acquaintance) (amendment to the order on survey (acquaintance) and if necessary task for survey (acquaintance) (amendment to task for survey (acquaintance) on the basis:

the decisions on carrying out survey of subject of pledge and (or) acquaintance with activities of the borrower (pledger) accepted according to subitem 9.8.2 of Item 9.8 of this Instruction on the motivated petition on survey (acquaintance) of working group;

decisions on carrying out survey of subject of pledge (notifications on such decisions) made in case of receipt of the proposal of the general inspector of interregional inspection on conducting examination of subject of pledge according to subitem 9.8.3 of Item 9.8 of this Instruction.".

1.2. To state subitem 9.8.3 of Item 9.8 in the following edition:

"9.8.3. The main inspectorate no later than three working days from the date of receipt of the proposal of the general inspector of interregional inspection on conducting examination of subject of pledge initiates conducting examination of subject of pledge and sends to Service of risk analysis of the Bank of Russia inquiry for conducting examination of subject of pledge with application of documents (information) (their copies) necessary for conducting examination of subject of pledge (including received during check), and with indication of date of completion of check.

The decision on carrying out survey of subject of pledge is made by the head of Service of risk analysis of the Bank of Russia (person, it replacing) according to the regulation of the Bank of Russia on order of interaction of structural divisions of the Bank of Russia when carrying out survey of subject of the pledge accepted by credit institution as providing according to the loan and (or) acquaintance with activities of the borrower of credit institution and (or) the pledger. In case of adoption of this decision information on him is carried by the Main inspection to the general inspector of interregional inspection no later than one working day from the date of receipt of the decision (the notification on the decision).".
