About modification of some legal acts of FCS of Russia

Bring in the order of FCS of Russia of August 27, 2015 No. 1740 "About approval of the Operations procedure of officials of customs authorities in case of collection and information analysis for determination of category of risk level of the persons performing commodity importation, classified in commodity group 03, goods items 1604, of 1605, of goods subline item of 1603 00 CN FEA EEU" (with the changes made by the order of FCS of Russia of December 27, 2016 No. 2428) the following changes:

"With code of type "77 <1>" shall be replaced with words 1) in the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the word "for risk level identification";

The subitem 2 of item 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

containing in other risk profiles, based on the random number generator established for the faces referred to category of low risk level;

in case of need applications of measures for risk minimization which are allowed to be applied without specifying in risk profile.";
