About change and amendment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2015 No. 235 "About social and economic development of the southeast region of the Mogilev region" the following change and amendments:

1.1. the second subitem 1.5 of Item 1 to state part in the following edition:

"Program actions which financing is planned with use of the loans of Development bank granted:

on the terms of tender, are created taking into account production of homogeneous goods (performance of works, rendering services) ** within implementation of the investment projects providing increase in profitability of the made goods (the performed works, the rendered services) and decrease in their cost;

without carrying out competitive selection, are created separately according to each investment project according to proposals of customers of the Program.";

1.2. add the Decree with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Allocate to the Ministry of Finance in 2018 at the expense of remaining balance of the means of the republican budget formed for January 1, 2018, to the Mogilev regional executive committee of 6200 thousand rubles on development of the southeast region of the Mogilev region including on:

financing of object "Construction of pig-breeding complex design capacity of 24 000 heads in year of JSC Mogilev Meat-processing Plant around der. Stage of the Slavgorod district. Adjustment" (including design and exploration work) - 3200 thousand rubles;

technical retrofitting of agricultural production (acquisition of agricultural machinery and the equipment) - 3000 thousand rubles according to the list of subjects of managing determined by the decision of the Mogilev regional executive committee.";

1.3. add Item 3 with subitems 3.1-1-3.1-4 of the following content:

"3.1-1. by preparation of the project of regulatory legal act about refining of separate indicators of the republican budget for 2018 to consider the provisions provided in Item 2-1 of this Decree;
