1. Approve the enclosed sanitary and epidemiologic rules and regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of the organizations of non-ferrous metallurgy".

2. (Bayserkin B. S.) to direct to committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To direct to department of organization-legal work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Akrachkov D. V.) this order to official publication after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health, the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.A's Belonog.

Sanitary and epidemiologic rules and regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of the organizations of non-ferrous metallurgy"

1. General provisions

1. Sanitary and epidemiologic rules and regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of the organizations of non-ferrous metallurgy" (further - health regulations) are intended for physical persons and legal entities which activities are connected with designing, construction, reconstruction and operation of objects of non-ferrous metallurgy.

2. In these health regulations the following terms and determinations are used:

1) object of non-ferrous metallurgy - the object of the industry which is engaged in production, enrichment of ores, production and processing of non-ferrous metals and their alloys;

2) kivtsetny melting - process of receipt of metals in one aggregate in case of which roasting and melting of furnace charge is performed in the cyclonic furnace and the melting camera, and the subsequent separation of products of melting (recovery, otgonka and condensation of metals) - in electrothermal part of the aggregate;

3) sump - heat-sink reservoir for collection of water or slurry;

4) the converter - the aggregate for receipt of steel, copper from matte, purge industrial oxygen, air or other oxidizing gas;

5) trough - steel cast box for loading of furnace charge in the furnace of the charging machine;

6) retort - the chemical vessel serving for heating and distillation of different substances with by-pass tube;

2. Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the territory of the industrial platform

3) in aluminum production by electrolytic method - workshops of capital repairs of electrolyzers, regeneration of salts of fluorine from solutions of gas purification and conversion of solid waste of electrolysis production; electrofoundry; in workshops of capital repairs of electrolyzers - departments of dismantle of electrolyzers, preparation of hearth weight, filling, installation of electrolyzers, welding: in workshops of regeneration of salts fluorine - departments of lixiviation and desiliconization;

4) in production of electrode products, anode mass and the burned anodes - departments of preparation of pitches, smesilno-forming, roasting of green anodes, dismantle and installation of anodes;
