About modification of some legal acts
Art. I. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
l. Part (1) articles 55 after figures "256," to add with words "part (2) Articles 264, Articles 264-1,".
2. In Article 62:

(2) Deprivation of the right of control of vehicles can be applied by degree of jurisdiction for a period of 1 year up to 5 years.
(3) Cancellation of the right of control of vehicles can be applied by degree of jurisdiction with the subsequent recovery of driver's licenses in the procedure established by the law.".
4. In Article 264:
in the sanction of part (the words "with deprivation in all cases of the right of control of vehicles for a period of 3 up to 5 years." shall be replaced with words 2) "with cancellation in all cases of the right of control of vehicles.";
in the sanction of part (the words "with deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of up to 4 years." shall be replaced with words 3) "with cancellation of the right of control of vehicles.";
in the sanction of part (the words "with deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of 4 up to 5 years." shall be replaced with words 4) "with cancellation of the right of control of vehicles.";
