About modification of the Regulations on procedure for making of notarial actions in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine
According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2016 No. 281 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services" we ORDER:
1. In Regulations on the procedure for making of notarial actions in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of December 27, 2004 No. 142/5/310, No. 1649/10248 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2004:
The subitem 7 of Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"7) authenticity of the qualified digital signature on electronic documents makes sure;";
Item 2.8 of Chapter 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2.8. Notarial actions with use of the qualified digital signature or seal are made according to the procedure, determined by the legislation.";
Subitem 3.13.4 of Item 3.13 of Chapter 3 to state 3) in the following edition:
"3.13.4. The consul certifies authenticity of the qualified digital signature, considering provisions of procedure for making of notarial actions with use of the qualified digital signature or seal.".
