About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 4 of Article 373 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 in the following edition:
"4. The right to submission of the petition for pardon is explained to the defendant.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
