3. To provide to management of state regulation of legal servicing and Management of the analysis and systematization of the legislation publication of this departmental regulatory legal act in "Uzbekiston Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of tuplama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the National database of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes and additions made to Regulations on the qualification commissions under territorial administrations of Chamber of lawyers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. The ninth Item 18 to exclude the paragraph.

"181. The documents necessary for passing qualification examination are represented by the applicant to territorial administration directly, through means of mail service or electronically with the notification on their obtaining.".

"Process of qualification examination is broadcast in real time on the Internet.".

5. These changes and amendments are approved with Chamber of lawyers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
