1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out open discussion of drafts of decisions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 30, 2017 No. 866, the following changes:

To add 1) in Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 after the words "which state regulation of activities is performed by NKREKP" with sign and words ", and subjects of managing which shall obtain new licenses for implementation of economic activity on distribution of electrical energy and delivery of electrical energy to the consumer on accomplishment of actions for department according to the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy";

"The approved draft decision of NKREKP concerning price fixation (rates)/changes to them, approval/approval of investment programs / plans of developments/changes to them is published not later than 20 working days before date of open discussion, except drafts of decisions on establishment of "green" rate which will be promulgated not later than 5 working days before date of open discussion.";
