Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 1994 N 198 "About approval of the Regulations on the state signs of post payment and special postage stamps of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of June 26, 1995 for N 70).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of signing, is subject to acquaintance and mailing.
