2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.

1. In Rules of conducting examination for the purpose of the confirmation of the fact of loss occurrence and determination of the extent of the damage caused to the insurer under the agreement of agricultural insurance approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 1, paragraphs the sixth and seventh Item 2 of the word "and (or) farm animals" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words ", farm animals and (or) objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding)" in the corresponding case;
