About provision of office telecommunication on networks of telecommunications of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The interconnected network of telecommunications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, includes network of telecommunications public, and also departmental networks and the attached networks of private operators.
Due to the need of streamlining of provision of means of telecommunications for conducting office negotiations (exchange of office information) when carrying out operating-technical interaction between operators of different networks I order:
1. Approve "Rules of provision of office telecommunication on interconnected network of telecommunications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the List of employees of the organizations of telecommunication which are granted the right of free use of the office telephone installed in the apartment (appendix 1).
2. Provide in the procedure established by the law regulatory legal act to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department by mail and to telecommunications (Nasiyev A. K.)

These rules determine procedure for provision of office telecommunication in the Republic of Kazakhstan and are departmental regulatory legal act which action extends to all operators of networks of the telecommunications which are part of interconnected network of telecommunications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (VST) irrespective of departmental accessory and patterns of ownership at the expense of telecommunications and form of business of operators.
